How to Register Your Sheep

Membership is FREE.
( NO yearly dues )
Registration is ONE TIME minimal cost of $20 per sheep if, and only if,
submission of ALL paperwork, and photos for ONE individual sheep
is submitted in ONE email all together
following instructions below please.
Cost for DNA is $31 from UC Davis.... a special contracted price for VBNSR !
( I haven't marked it up ! )

ALL FORMS ARE SUBJECT TO UPDATING AT ANY TIME.
Please make sure you use the form you requested
within one week, or if longer time needed,
re-ask for another form.
WORK ORDER form below must accompany ALL submissions.
Please review any individual costs and payment by PayPal is much preferred.

VBNSR Work Order & DNA Cost
Registration is a ONE TIME $20 per sheep **
** IF submission is by email with ALL photos and necessary paperwork provided in ONE email
for each individual sheep.
(Additional processing fees may be accessed if registration requirements aren't able to be followed.)
If submission is by mail, additional time is necessary to scan in all paperwork.
(Just FYI ... I HATE scanning.)
If submission is not by email, there is a $15 additional processing fee per sheep.
(Scanning takes time.)
VBNSR Sheep Registration Application
If registering a F1 + lamb,
form below must be presented with signature of LAP AI specialist
proving breeding.
VBNSR Laparoscopic AI Certification Form
If TRANSFERING a Sheep / Lamb to new owner
Seller must fill in and sign back of existing registration form,
scan and return it to new owner either manually or the preferred DIGITALLY.
New owner must fill in form
VBNSR Work Order & DNA Cost
and return the original signed registration transfer papers BY EMAIL.
(See back of registration papers),
as well as above form. Return in ONE email per sheep.
SUMMARY
REGISTERING F0 Foundation Sheep continue below.
1. Become a FREE Member if you aren't already.
2. Take four photos of each sheep.
(Front, Back, each Side) and save.
3. Fill in Work Order & DNA Cost Form, scan, and save.
4. Fill in Registration Application Form, scan, and save.
Submit ALL above items by email ALL IN ONE EMAIL per sheep.

REGISTERING F1 and higher offspring continue below.
1. Become a FREE Member if you aren't already.
2. Provide registration papers on ewe ( Mother of the lamb ).
(Get from breeder if you don't have them.
Or provide DNA info on Mother if stored at UC Davis.)
Scan and save.
(If there is no DNA provided on Ewe...Mother of Lamb.... then it is necessary to get DNA on EWE.)
3. Fill in Work Order & DNA Cost Form, scan, and save.
4. Fill in Registration Application Form, scan, and save.
5. Provide or get copy of LAPAROSCOPIC AI Form
proving breeding. Scan and save.
Submit ALL above items by email for EACH INDIVIDUAL sheep.
